























Spring Yin and Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience. This event offers a spring-themed gentle sequence of long-held poses to release tension and calm the mind… perfectly paired with the season as we become more energetically aligned with the new growth of spring! We will end with the soothing vibrations of sound healing to promote deep relaxation and balance. A tranquil journey perfect for unwinding and reconnecting.
You do not need to bring a yoga mat for this experience. I will provide all the props required. I suggest dressing in layers to keep you warm and comfortable throughout the class. Stocks, blankets, and sweaters/wraps are great ideas.
