Fall Yoga Series
Fall Yoga Series at Sunnyside Farm
The fields are slowing down, the air is turning crisp, and it feels like the perfect time to gather in community and ground ourselves with yoga. This fall, we’re opening up the farm for a special evening yoga series led by a variety of local instructors. Each class will bring its own flavor, just like the changing colors of the season.
These classes are open to all levels—whether you’ve been practicing for years or are just stepping onto the mat for the first time, you’ll be welcomed just as you are. Think of it as a chance to slow down, breathe deeper, and enjoy a little time tucked into the quiet beauty of fall on the farm.
Each instructor will collect her own class fee directly from students on the evening of the event, so be sure to check the sign-up page to register for the classes you’d like to attend. This helps us keep everything organized and makes sure your spot is saved.
Bring your mat, a blanket if the evenings get chilly, and an openness to rest, stretch, and connect. We can’t wait to share this fall practice with you.
