Tea Ceremony
Silent Sunday Tea Ceremony served by Nichole Tandy, held at the studio at Sunnyside Urban Farm. For the early risers, a meditative practice of sitting silently in a communal circle while being served 3-4 bowls of special tea. Tea varies by the ceremony. Dress warmly.

Summer Solstice Tea and Flowers
Join us for a silent tea ceremony in the early morning hours of the summer solstice. This is a beautiful way to greet the sun and celebrate the longest day of the year on our flower farm. You will experience the nourishment and the beauty that Mother Earth provides from her summer abundance.
Tea is medicine for the body and soul. Through drinking tea together, we can reconnect with nature and each other. A special Chinese tea will be served by Nichole Tandy to remind us of the summer season upon us and to welcome in the solstice! Afterwards, experience a seasonal flower bar of 10-15 freshly cut stems per guest to create your own beautiful flower arrangement to take home and enjoy! Flowers provided by Sunnyside Urban Farm.

Water Color by Bree
Enjoy an evening on the flower farm learning from the talented watercolor artist Bree Copley. She will guide you through techniques to create a landscape painting, provide all the supplies you need and instructions, tips and tricks that you can use in your watercolor journey at home! End the experience with a cut flower bar where you will hand select fresh, colorful stems to create your own bouquet and take home with you.
Flower Pressing Class
Back by popular demand! Lynn Muir, local pressed flower artist and author of Flower Pressing 101, is joining me at Sunnyside Urban farm to instruct in the art of flower pressing with the beautiful spring flowers of Sunnyside!
Each course includes in-person instruction, a handmade wood flower press, fresh cut seasonal blooms, and all materials need to start you on your flower pressing journey!
The beautiful hardwood flower presses are made with poplar wood. They come with bolts, washers, wingnuts, and ten 12" cardboard rounds. Wood presses are coated in a clear matt finish. There are different grains in each press. No two presses are the same! Your press might not be the same grain as the picture above. They are similar, but each are special and unique! Size: 11.25"x 11.25" by 8" tall. Great for pressing a lot of flowers at once!
Flower Arrangment 101
Join me as I guide you through the fundamentals of flower design and allow you to work with a simple flower arrangement to take home. Includes hands-on instruction, vessel and flowers, and class notes with bouquet recipe.

Seasons
SEASONS is an exploration of connection through seasonal experiences and living hosted by Chelsea Beutler and Danielle Gilmore.
We invite you to join us as we honor the earth’s cycles and explore the profound symbolism each season has to offer through 4 different workshops. As we move through spring, summer, fall and winter, we’ll plant, enjoy seasonal yin sequences, flow through SORA, rest in meditative sound baths and breath work, write intentionally through journal workshopping, and surround ourselves in harvesting seasonal flowers.
Because the earth moves in a 1 year cycle- ideally, everyone would experience each of the 4 workshops to complete all 4 seasons with us. You will find the most value from experiencing, learning from or connecting with the wisdom offered in each. We hope to see you attend each season with us, but if you can attend only 1 or 2, we would still love to have you!
What to expect:
This workshop series will support and guide you through seasons of growth, letting go, rest and renewal. Each workshop will look and feel differently from each other. Our goal is to help you learn tools that you can take home and implement in your daily living.
What to bring:
A journal, light blanket, yoga mat and eye covering.
Terms:
Workshops are non-refundable. We have committed our time to you and hope you’ll do the same. However, we do understand life happens and should you be unable to attend a class you have registered for, we encourage you to gift the class to a friend who can attend in your place.

Yin and Sound Bath
A relaxing evening set in the surroundings of our urban farm, taught by Chelsea Beutler and Nichole Tandy.
What to expect: Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga with use of props to support the body in holding shapes for an extended period of time. This form of yoga invites you to enhance your mindfulness practice and provides an opportunity for greater relaxation. In Yin sequences, you have the opportunity to soothe the nervous system and achieve the added benefit of flexibility and joint health while you learn to relax and remain present in the moment. It is the perfect compliment to a busy and hectic lifestyle, or for those yearning to slow down. This particular class will be themed around the elements of spring. After indulging in a 45 minute Yin sequence, you will rest to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and aimed to align your chakras and nervous system.
What to Bring: A yoga mat and comfortable clothing you can move and relax in. Layers are an excellent choice so you can adjust to your comfort level of temperature. No bathroom services available.
